Cracking Chocolate Balls


  • 50g quinoa crack
  • 50 g oats
  • 40 g dark chocolate (vegan)
  • 80 g peanut butter
  • 30 g Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
  • 25 g coconut oil, melted
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  1. Toast the quinoa crack in the oven for 5-10 minutes on 180C. This will give them an extra crunch. (But you can skip this step)
  2. In a food processor, add the oats and chocolate until fine.
  3. Add the Quinoa crack to a bowl along with the desiccated coconut, oats and chocolate mixture. 
  4. Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and sweet freedom hot choc in a saucepan. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix together with a spoon and finish off with your hands until well combined.
  5. Shape into desired sizes balls and leave to rest in the fridge for settle before serving.
